Z100 Stainless Steel Welding Wire – TBL

Z100 Stainless Steel Welding Wire is a 25% Cr ferritic-austenitic superdupex stainless steel wire, with a minimum PREN value of 40. It provides excellent resistance to aggressive environments, pitting and crevice corrosion in warm sea water, phosphoric acid and erosion, etc. The presence of Cu and W increases resistance to sulfuric and hydrochloric acid.
Z100 Stainless Steel Welding Wire can be used for welding duplex and superduplex stainless steels when maximum corrosion resistance is required. It’s also used for dissimilar welding between other stainless steels and mild or low alloy steels and for joining supermartensitic stainless steels.
It’s used in oil and gas industry, in desalination plants and in industry of pollution control, paper, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.
